3. Non-refundable Circumstances

Please note that refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

• The customer has used or generated all the purchased pages.
• The content meets the basic specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
• The purchase was made more than 7 days prior to the refund request.
• Issues caused by user error or changes in the user’s requirements after the completion of the order.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review the claim within 7 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
